I will be driving in a few years, and I Non-Standard real like the way the new Scion XD looks. I will be getting it used. Is it good to have as a first car?

Oh yea. It would be a artistic first car. I wish my brother would have waited on his Corolla and gotten a Scion instead. Oh well, he can marvel at mine when he comes over! Your warranty shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg either because it's not really a "sporty" car.

Am looking at the VERSA, Scion XD and the GTI (i be sure, lots more $$) The Versa folks are willing to make me completely the finance deal, the GTI has a great current lease deal....and then there is the Scion. Any suggestions how to criticize up with a better finance deal than what they have at Scion?

scion has this aspect called pure pricing. that car is the same price in montana as it is where you are so no its not negotiable. try to make good a larger down payment. or try going threw a bank for a better sell!!!
