Audi A6 and beeping noise when you put the key into ignition?

Anyone by any happen know why this beeping noise starts(3times) as soon as I put the key into ignition?It's Audi A6. Thanks for keep from!
By the way,it's not automatic.

Well like many cars now natural life:

You need to check out your manual if by any chance you don't have it.
Many manufacturers uses the same tip sounds in example my Acural TL Type-S will beep 3 times if i: Don't bend my seat-belt (when i insert my key in the slot) Or if i missed the Performance Boring Check (when there is in ignition) 3 beeps for the same thing

Try to check it out buckle up first without vacancy the key to ignition then start the car if it stop then is the Seat-Belt warning.
If not then it may be the Tiresome Performance Check (in example Oil Change) and there perhaps will be an Icon on the Instrument panel for dispatch check that will go off all the time if you keep prolonging it (You can Reset it if Lousy but Not advisable)

Hello I reasonable bought an Audi A6 2004 and the service light just came on to let me grasp its due for an Oil change. I am going to do it myself if I can, once I have finished how do I reset the light so it comes on again at the to be just time frame?

2 varied methods seem to be working

1) Switch ignition off.
2) Press and hold down reset handle for trip odometer in instrument cluster.
3) Switch ignition on while knob is pressed down. "Service OIL" appears in the display of the throw off odometer.
4) Release button.
5) Pull setting knob for stretch in instrument cluster until "Service OIL" indication is reset.
"- - -" appears in present.
6) Press reset button for trip odometer again, to advance to next worship army event.
7) Release button. "Service INSP" appears in betray.
8) Pull setting knob for time -1- until "Help INSP" indication is reset. "- - -" appears in unfurl.
9) Switch ignition off.


1. Leave the key in the off position.
2. Hold down the right handle the guage cluster.
3. While you are still holding the right button turn the key to the on state
4. Quickly (it will say something on the guage cluster) push and hold the left handle on the guage while still holding down the button on the right.

I justifiable bought a 02 Audi A6 3.0 yesterday and I cannot find where to push the gas button. Commonly on the side there is a lever for the gas and the trunk, but I cannot find the gas one. Can someone please help and tell me where it is so I can finally put some gas in my car.

You can also unlock it by major the button to unlock your car doors from inside the car, or turning the key in the trunk bar. That will also unlock or lock all 4 doors and set the alarm.

And if that piston motor ever dies, there is a red latch line you can pull inside the cubby hole in the truck on the right side. You legitimate have to remove that cover and reach in there.
