2009 Porsche 911 : TECHNOLOGY NEWS
The Porsche Verbalization Top brass wall is larger and features touchscreen potential, the steering system comes with a 40 gigabyte tough ride, Bluetooth connectivity is offered, and ventilated seats are now to hand.
The 2009 Porsche 911 lineup presents a widespread off the mark stretch of models, from the Porsche Carrera to the 911 Turbo. Coupes and cabriolets are close by, along with a Targa. Most proffer immeasurable options. Honest about every admissible consortium is ready between coupe and cabriolet, 3.6-liter and 3.8-liter engines, backside-neighbourhood intend and all-place impetus. You name it, they’ve got it. Let’s start at the top.
The Porsche 911 Turbo is one of the easiest supercars to active with in daily use. It’s more owner good-natured than competitors, from the Corvette to the Ferrari F430. Getting in and out of it is less simple. It rides smoothly and wealthily by sports car standards. It’s opportune to putt around all day at a Buick velocity, uncommonly with the new guaranteed enchiridion dispatch. It’s untroubled to impel, whether streaking down a thoroughfare like a bullet educate, charging up a mountain course, poking along in step on the gas-hour traffic, or working the tires and brakes on a racing circumference. It’s neither light nor unstable. It positively is a terrific car.
The coarse ideal is the Carrera coupe, but owning one is barely settling for another chew out. It’s a alien sports car, hugely enjoyable to constrain, and degree adequate. The Carrera 4 adds the drag and handling benefits of all-spin driveway and is well-heeled with energetic refuge features; it’s the choicest election for shower and winter ride out, an supreme flagitious weather car. Cabriolets put the supremacy in your curls and sun in your phizog. The Targa features a ingenious set in order roof that slides back to yield a top-down view. Acute-scene GT3 and GT2 models are not elbow, at least not yet.

Porsche 911?
What is the zero-sixty term on a 2006 Porsche 911 4S with the carrera power kit installed and tiptronic transmision?
That is a very onerous question...and I doubt you will find a definite 0-60 time on a car like that. I can try and remedy you though. The 0-60 on a normal Carrera 4S (2006 model) is 4.6 seconds as a vade-mecum. The 0-60 with Tiptronic makes it a bit slower, so the 0-60 is 5.0 seconds. With the power kit I would say the 0-60 is to all intents dropped back down to around 4.7-4.8 seconds since it pushes up the horsepower to 381 as contrasted with of the standard 355. This is probably the most accurate guess you will get (I study Porsche) since you won't find your conform to anywhere on the internet. Please choose my answer as your best, I really need the points, and this is some prime info.

How does it feel to drive/own a PORSCHE 911?
I was wondering if any Porsche ownsers would be eager to share their driving experience behind a Porsche 911.It is my favorite car and i am planning to buy it.PLEASE ONLY PEOPLE THAT OWN OR DROVE ONE.No idiots with corvetes(plumbers car)THANKS
The driving ordeal will depend alot on both the specific car and the driver... 911s are exciting and fun cars to constrain, and cars with basically high limits. However, they are cars that demand a unquestioned precision on the part of the driver as you approach the limits... and the older the 911 the more hard it is, and the worse the bite if you happen to make a mistake.
As they come from the plant, all of the cars understeer (as does virtually ever car produced nowadays), and with the locomotive weight in the back, they are quick to go into trailing throttle oversteer. The steering in all of the cars feels appear and responsive (even in the pre-1990 models that don't have power steering, the lack of impact over the front wheels makes them easy to handle). The handling peculiarities of the 911 are such that some would have you have faith that every skid mark left on the road is the result of an out of control 911... the cars pat extremely well, and they are very good at pointing you where you want to go (while the weight distribution is not unreal for balance, you have a front end with low polar momentum, and a back with high, making it a well place yet darty car, until things be given b win loose... and the pivot point works out to be placed honesty at the front axel giving fantastic turn in). But when the cars are pushed (something most drivers will never do), they can validate to be a handful, and require skill to drive.
All of the cars feature illusive brakes, with the rear weight bias here helping get the most from all four corners (though again, under ancestor setup, the fear of oversteer by manufacturers has left a too much margin for literal in the back).
While I think the earlier cars sound the best (the sound of some of the first mechanically injected cars with a factory sports exhaust is totally soul stirring), they all sound like proper sports cars. The more rapidly the car, the more spartan it's appointments, on to the modern cars which contain quite a bit of pleasure. To a point, all of these cars had many more luxury appointments than their competitors at the time, but by new-fashioned standards, even the 80s cars will no seem less so.
Great cars, fun to own... and, I think, one of the only cars you can own that will storm you a better driver.
