I turned in an bond claim on my 2003 Ford Sport Trac. They decided to put a used bed to replace mine. But something seems different about this bed. How can someone describe the difference. (Bottom line is I really dont care as long as it didnt lead to any problems, but when I fill up my gas tank now the gas spurts out every few gallons. The overflow hose looks uncommitted but there is nowhere to attach it)

no the sport trac hardly got updated in '07.insurance companies in order to save bread use recycled parts more than new parts in today times.it may be that the mechanic doing the business didn't attach the overflow hose.call the insurance company and have them toady up to you another appointment to make things right on your truck

Above is tickety-boo, some body panels are interchangeable some aren't...Headlights, front fenders, hood yes. Doors unsure, bed and back no (plainly). The underpinnings (suspension) are similar, but not exact...and depending on the year, the Explorer went to neutral rear suspension, while the sport trac kept the solid axle differential.
