I have a Chrysler Sebring Exchangeable and every time there is a a heavy rain, about a gallon of water accumulates on the drivers side wooden floor. The top is in excellent condition and this is the only place that water leaks into.

Any ideas as to what's up?

Please let me know the procedure.
I have nearly 3.5 to 4 gallon gas in the tank. I tried using symphon but it is not upcoming out. Probably symphon pipe is not reaching inside of the tank.

there are regularly no drain plugs in the fuel tank for safety reasons, tha onmly way i distinguish is to remove the filler neck and use proper syphon tube and syphon into aprroved pail, i have also in the past removed the tank partially full and then drained.
