BMW X6 M now available in Malaysia!

The BMW X6 M carries many ‘firsts’ for a BMW M car. It’s the first M car with all-hoop initiative, the first M car with a torque converter spontaneous and also the first M car with a turbocharged motor! Has BMW ever produced a vehicle called the X6 ?

Me and a backer are in a debate over the existence of a car called the BMW X6. We both acknowledge that it is in development for set free in 2007-2008, but I say that is the first time BMW has used that moniker on a production vehicle. She thinks it was/is the name of a low radio show volume SUV/crossover vehicle, not sold in the US, or only sold to limited markets. So what is the summary (if any) behind the "X6"?

"The BMW E70 sports car platform will be the basis for the future X5 SUV. It will replace the BMW E53. It is expected that it will be released some at the same time during 2007, and will be considerably bigger than the current E53 model and is rumoured to billet two extra passengers. The increase in size is due to the uncomfortably close sizes of the known generation X5 and smaller X3 model.

The next generation BMW X5 will be 60mm wider, 165mm longer; with a 110mm longer wheelbase, but will vestiges at the height of the current generation X5 at 1715mm. The SUV will be manufactured alongside with the new 2008 BMW X6 at BMW's South Carolina place in the USA." -wikipedia.org

Even though they are fully different cars which would you prefer to have, a BMW X6 or a Audi S5. I'm asking this because I am torn between the two and i can't umpire fix which one to get.

Well im 17 and fitting got my licence a month ago. My parents want to buy me a BMW X6 for my hardwork in college but im not unshakeable if it will be the right car for me.

Do you think its a good idea?

If you are serious about your statements, then I can say that the X6 is an wondrous vehicle. But it is not for everyone not just for the price but also for its looks. But it sure is a head-turner.
And also note that BMW will end up out shortly with M versions of both the X5 and the X6. These would even be better and costlier.
